POOLED CONFERENCE ROOM HOURS
Your team shares a monthly pool of conference room hours that any member can book from. Once the pool is used up, your team can still book at the discounted member rate, and the hours reset each month. Huddle room access works separately: every member keeps their own 2 hours of daily huddle room time, unaffected by the shared pool. This pooled conference room benefit, 5 hours per month, is exclusive to the Team+ tier (10+ members); the Team tier (2–9 members) does not include it.
