  • For multiple day and custom bookings fill out this form

  • Cancellation fees apply as follows:

    Booking cancellations must be submitted via our booking portal or via email at hello@storylouisville.com

    • Booking Modifications

    • Modification requests must be submitted via email

    • Subject to availability and may incur additional charges

    • Major changes (date, time, or space changes) within 7 days may be treated as cancellation + new booking

    • Cancellations by Story

    We may cancel your booking for:

    • Force majeure events (see Section 10)

    • Breach of these Terms

    • Payment default

    • Providing false information

    • Threats to security, safety, or operations

    • Violation of our Code of Conduct

    In the instance of a cancellation enacted by Story (for cancellations not caused by your breach of terms), you will receive a full refund plus reasonable assistance finding alternative venues (at our discretion).

    Partnership Requirements

    When we sponsor your event, here's what we need:

    🤝 Full access for all Story members (this is non-negotiable)

    🤝 Story as a named partner/sponsor on all marketing materials and communications

    🤝 Complete transparency about all other parties involved

    🤝 Collaboration on event calendar listing and access coordination

    Sustainability Fee

    In order to continue to stay sustainable, we require a minimum fee of $350 to cover staffing and cleaning costs . This fee is subject to change depending on the specific requirements of the event.
