We are a small, close-knit team that cares deeply about the experience of every person who walks through our doors. Our Cleaning Associate plays a vital role in making that experience possible — and your work will directly shape the first impression people have when they arrive.

About the Role

As a part of our space maintenance team, you’re the behind-the-scenes force that makes everything click. Keeping our space spotless, our supplies stocked, and our vibe intact before the day begins or after it winds down. You’re the secret weapon that ensures every member who walks in feels like they’re stepping into somewhere that gives a damn.

This role is available in two shifts:

Morning Shift: 5:30 am – 8:30 am

Evening Shift: After 8:00 pm

You’ll work independently, take ownership of your shift, and hold yourself to a high standard — because you know that a clean, welcoming space isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s everything.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Cleaning

• Clean and sanitize all common areas including the lobby, hallways, restrooms, kitchen/lounge, and conference rooms

• Wipe down surfaces, desks, tables, chairs, and frequently touched areas (door handles, light switches, keypads)

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the space

• Clean mirrors, glass doors, and windows as needed

• Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners

• Restock paper goods, soap, and other supplies in restrooms and kitchen areas

Space Readiness

• Ensure the space is clean, stocked, and ready before members and guests arrive (morning shift) or properly closed down and refreshed for the next day (evening shift)

• Tidy and reset conference rooms and event spaces after use

• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or supply shortages to the team via Slack or the front desk

Standards & Safety:

• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to instructions

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Maintain a clean and organized cleaning supply area

• Respond to spills or unexpected messes as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities experience preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within your shift

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Comfortable working in a coworking environment with members and guests occasionally present

• Ability to lift, carry, or move items up to 30 pounds

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift

Compensation & Details

• Hourly pay rate: Starting at $17.00/hour

• Part-time, 3–5 hours per shift depending on shift selected

Preferred Availability: Morning shift (5:30 am – 8:30 am) and/or evening shift (after 8:00 pm), Monday through Friday with potential weekend availability for deep cleaning and evening hours during events.
