About the Role
We are looking for a welcoming, confident addition to our team who is equally interested in interacting with hundreds of people (via all forms virtually, over the phone, in person) daily, making sure that the space and all of the systems are functioning smoothly so that everyone has what they need for a seamless and productive experience.

Create a welcoming and collaborative environment for all by illustrating Story's core values.
Ensure the space is fully operational, and processes are running smoothly.
Support opportunities for growth and development in our community
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Key holder responsible for opening or closing procedures in the physical space
Ensures the building and space is clean, well-kept, and inventory-stocked
Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries with a sense of urgency
Identify issues for escalation to the Community Manager and document them accordingly
“Own the space” as if it were your own
Community Engagement
Act as the face of our coworking space, warmly welcoming members and visitors.
Build relationships with members, foster collaborations in the community, and celebrate members’ successes and milestones
Understand Story policies and procedures and be comfortable communicating and implementing these policies with Story members and guests.
Event Coordination
Provide overall support for the Programming Team
Track attendance and member feedback to tailor events and programs for our unique community
Promote events through various channels to maximize member engagement.
Sales and Marketing
Responsible for facilitating tours and tracking data in CRM.
Actively promote the unique offerings of our coworking space.
Convert new members and complete the onboarding process.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals and build relationships.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software platforms.
Passion for fostering community and supporting the growth of entrepreneurs and professionals.
Benefits & Compensation
Hourly pay rate: $20.00

Preferred Availability
20 - 25 hours/week - Primarily Monday through Friday, 1 pm - 6 pm, with occasional nights and weekends required
