Story’s parking lot is located on the corner of Market & Campbell Streets. To enjoy free parking please fill out Member Parking Form as soon as possible.

Please make sure your visitors and guest stop by the front desk upon arrival to have their parking validated.

Two-hour street parking is available on Market Street and free parking on Shelby, Washington, and Campbell Streets.

Once you are in the Passport by Nexudus App or the Nexudus web portal you will be asked to agree to our Terms and Conditions before you can proceed to access your account and begin utilizing your membership.

We are all in this together. To ensure everyone stays productive in the “get shit done” zones, we have some important etiquette agreements that every member of the community will abide by when using the space.

10 Etiquette Agreements:

1. Checking in isn’t optional friends :) We care about your safety and we understand taking the extra step to scan a QR code can be annoying, but we need to know who is here. If you can please scan the code or stop by the front desk at some point during your day, you will win prizes and praise.

2. Visitors are required to check in at the front desk before any meetings or use of buddy passes. Hack your experience for the better by logging your guests in ahead of time on the app. The feature serves as a concierge service to your guests and makes you look pretty damn good.

3. We will take music requests but keep those fingers off our speakers please! They are synced through bluetooth so if you unplug them, you unplug for everyone.

4. Clean after yourself if you spill or have trash with you. Plain and simple!

5. For your safety it is essential you close doors behind you when exiting the space, especially on the second floor.

6. Phone booths are first come, first service and are temporary places to take calls. Please be mindful of others and try to limit your usage to one hour at a time.

7. Please do not take calls out in the open coworking areas. If all the phone booths are full be sure to let the Story team know and we will offer a complimentary booking.

8. Conference and huddle rooms must be booked to be utilized.

9. Join us for happy hour and community events when you are available so we can get to know you :) This community is for everyone!

As a space dedicated to " go getters " we want to ensure that we make getting shit done as convenient as possible. There are going to be times when you need something and a Story team member isn’t nearby. In that case, you can submit a help desk ticket here and we will respond within 10 minutes. Please save this link!

Using the help desk is the best way to quickly alert Story staff of any issues or questions you may have. Whether coffee is out on the 2nd floor, the temperature is off, or you need assistance regarding your membership plan, etc. a friendly Story Associate will be on hand to assist!

Story’s Passport Program is here!

Partnering with regional coworking spaces for members to “get shit done” anywhere!

We are so excited to offer this amazing perk to our members! Story has partnered with our first (of hopefully many) regional coworking spaces to offer a coworking passport, which allows members to stop in a work for a day and make new friends at some really amazing coworking spaces.

With this partnership, members can access a free day pass at passport locations when they are traveling. Present the passport card to front desk staff to get checked in.

The Coworking Passport Day Pass is available from use at all locations Monday-Friday from 8:00a - 5:00pm
